Further Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island among the released materials.

Also included in this latest document drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and includes a key identifying distinct parts of the estate.

Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, featuring designs for dock shelters.

Additional documentation released as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
